These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

All our products are subject to continuous improvement, we therefore reserve the right to alter our products to improve their specification and performance. For this reason the product you receive may differ slightly from that shown.

We reserve the right not to accept any order. You will not be charged for any goods if we do not accept your order. You will be refunded in full if you have already paid. No compensation is payable to you by us for any other loss which you may incur if we do not accept your order or supply goods.

Prices charged for goods ordered, including for shipping and handling of those goods, will be as those quoted on our web site at the time the order was placed. We do however reserve the right to advise you of any increase in price which should prove to be beyond that which we can absorb, or where a price is shown which is an obvious mistake. You may cancel your order at this time. These conditions supersede ANY other advertised/quoted conditions regarding the cost of items and shipping and handling charges.

All goods shown are subject to availability.

Any products, which become faulty, must be returned to us for inspection. If we confirm that they are faulty we will replace or repair at our discretion. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We will return them to you at our cost. Third party products (products not manufactured by us) are supplied with a manufacturer’s warranty, which will vary in length. If any of these products become faulty, contact us for advice on whether they are to be returned to us or sent to the manufacturer direct.

You may return non-faulty goods back to us within 7 days of receipt. You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return of these goods. All goods returned must be in an unused condition and fit for resale. All original packaging must be returned. A restocking fee may apply on these returns but will not exceed 15% of the original purchase price.

Goods returned to us remain at your risk until booked into our returns department. We recommend that when returning goods adequate insurance is taken out to cover any loss or damage that may occur during transit. We will not be held liable for any such loss or damage.

We will use the same method to refund any authorised returns that was used to make the purchase. For example if you originally ordered and paid for the goods by cheque, the refund will be by cheque. If you originally ordered and paid for the goods by credit or debit card the refund will be by credit or debit card. Please note that refunds processed on your credit or debit card may take at least 7 working days for your bank to show the transaction, this can vary depending on your bank. We have no control over this. A refund slip will be issued to you.

Authorised Personnel Only

For security reasons, items specified as 'Authorised, Emergency or Police Personnel Only' are only sold to Police and Emergency, Military, Prison or Security personnel and are generally only delivered to a Police Station/College, or related services address. When purchasing these items at checkout, you will need to indicate an appropriate alternative delivery address and where applicable, enter your Shoulder Number. If circumstances make these delivery arrangements difficult, please contact the Sales Office on 0870 1200 311, where we can take a few further details to ensure security is maintained and authorise despatch to the address of your choice.

All information on our web site is supplied as a guide only. You should check the accuracy of information presented on our web site before using it. We will not be liable for any loss suffered by you from any use of information presented on our web site.

No logos, images or descriptions on our web site may be reproduced, downloaded or used by you in any manner without our prior written permission.

All other trademarks and logos shown are acknowledged as belonging to their respective owners.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
