Delivery Options

90% of our orders are sent out on the same day and customers receive them within 1 to 2 days. Please make sure there will be some one available to receive the order as it will need to be signed for. You can choose an alternative delivery address if you prefer but please remember that goods will not be delivered unless they can be signed for. If no one is at home a card will be left informing you that your delivery failed. If there is no response, the goods will be returned to us. At this point an additional charge may be incurred to re-deliver an order.

Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday during normal working hours, up to 6pm. A “Special Saturday Service” is available. Please contact us for further details.

We will try to deliver your order promptly, but there may occasionally be supply delays and other unforeseen difficulties which are beyond our control. Therefore please allow 5- 7 working days for delivery of your goods. Delivery is deemed to have taken place when the goods have been delivered to the address specified by you on your order.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping day(s) are deemed to be full working days, excluding the day/evening of order, Bank Holidays, Public Holidays, weekends and scheduled shutdown.

In the event that we do not have sufficient stock to hand, we will need to await delivery from our suppliers. This could happen for example when an order is placed on an item which is marked as being in stock, but by the time the order is processed the item(s) has already been allocated to another client.

Should this happen, you will be notified by an order update email showing the delivery schedule allocated to your order and detailing whether or not a partial delivery has been made on your order.

DELIVERY IS FREE (UK Mainland only) for single WHOLE ORDER OF £250.00 excluding VAT or more.

Areas outside mainland UK, Channel Islands and the following postcodes will incur extra charges; FK, PA,  PH, DD, AB, IM, FK, HS, IV, KW, KA subject to your order. If you are based in one of these areas please submit your order via the “Get a Quote” button to receive a quotation for carriage.

Orders are shipped either via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded or by 24 hour courier service (at our discretion). All items will require a signature on delivery. Where goods are despatched via courier, the delivery driver will attempt delivery on two consecutive working days following despatch. Should you be unavailable to take receipt of your order, a calling card will be left and you will need to contact your nearest depot to arrange redelivery or collection.

Authorised Personnel Only

For security reasons, items specified as 'Authorised, Emergency or Police Personnel Only' are only sold to Police and Emergency, Military, Prison or Security personnel and are generally only delivered to a Police Station/College, or related services address. When purchasing these items at the checkout, you will need to indicate an appropriate alternative delivery address and where applicable, enter your Shoulder Number. If circumstances make these delivery arrangements difficult, please contact the Sales Office on 0870 1200 311, where we can take a few further details to ensure security is maintained and authorise despatch to the address of your choice.

Returns & Refunds

If any goods are delivered to you in a damaged condition you must inform us in writing within 3 days of receipt of the goods. You must retain the original outer packaging that your goods were despatched in (as our carrier may wish to inspect it). We will then contact you to arrange the return of the damaged goods and at our option either repair or replace them at no charge. If however you do not inform us of the damage within the specified time, we will accept no liability for the goods in question. A restocking charge of up to 15% will be levied on returned goods, which prove not to be damaged or faulty.

You may return any item purchased from us that is not required or to your expectations within 7 working days from receipt of delivery. You must contact us prior to returning the goods either in writing or by telephone on 0844 4822 123. A restocking charge of up to 15% will be levied on returned goods. Goods which prove to be damaged, or which have been used and therefore rendered unsuitable for re-sale will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds, either in full or in part, will be made using the same method by which the order was paid for, with no exceptions.

Note: Shipping for all returns is at the cost of the customer and the customer should take appropriate measures to ensure that a returned parcel is well packaged and insured if it is of a value greater than £30. There are no exceptions to this policy. By placing an order with us and confirming during checkout that you accept the terms of sale and shipping, you are deemed to have read, fully understood and accepted them without reserve. We reserve the right to change these details without prior notice and any changes will take effect retrospectively.

The fastest way for us to deal with your returned goods is if we are contacted either by e-mail at enquiries@elanclothing.co.uk or via our Customer Sales and Service Line on 0844 4822 123. We will take details, provide you with a returns number (via e-mail or telephone) and will ask you to re-package the item as you have received it.
